The Context

Roubaud business park is the subject of an urban and commercial positioning study built around concepts related to economic and commercial activities.
Casino Group and E. Leclerc consider investing in a 30ha-zone whose use is yet to be defined (retail, services or other)according to the goals and priorities of local authorities, who aspire to promote quality and highly influential economic services.

The Project

We have developed an urban programming approach aiming to define and promote all the facilities and services that are deemed necessary for the attractiveness of the future district while preserving the local commercial structure.

The Programme

We used our facilities' database to analyse services and facilities at the conurbation, municipal and district scales and identify needs at these three levels while taking into account the ambitions of both the municipality and the conurbation.

Following this analysis stage, we presented two distinct scenarios to gain the widest possible support of both our clients and local authorities.
The accepted scenario provides for novel activities and services organised around a common theme.
